Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed mind, we accept returns within 10 days from time you have received your order.
Please make sure you meet following criteria for ‘change of mind’ returns:

Item must be:
• dispatched within 10 days of receiving your parcel;
•  unworn and unused; and
•  in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

If your return order meets the above criteria, please follow these 2 steps:
•  Email your order number, full name and a reason of your return via our contact form; and
•  Pack and post your parcel with the tracking number to the following address:

Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and we cannot accept liability for an item until it has been received by us, so please keep a record of your tracking number for proof of delivery.

Your balance will be refunded within 7 days after we have received the returned item. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.

 

 Wrong Size Returns

If your size is not right, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another size to the same value.
We accept ‘wrong size’ returns within 10 days from time you have received your order.
Please make sure you meet following criteria for ‘wrong size’ returns:

Item must be:
• dispatched within 10 days of receiving your parcel;
• unworn and unused; and
• in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

If your return order meets the above criteria, please follow these 3 steps:
• Email your order number, full name, product name and new size via contact form
• Please wait until your receive our email confirming that we are able to exchange your order. If the size you would like to change to is not available, we will refund your money; and
• Pack and post your parcel with the tracking number to the following address:

If this is your first exchange of size, please contact us.  We are able to send you one exchange on any full price item at no cost, but any additional exchanges will be charged $10 for shipping / handling.

 

 

Faulty Item Returns

All RAK shoes are carefully handcrafted and made from high quality natural materials. However, we understand mistakes can happen in manufacturing process. If your shoes are faulty, please contact us. We will take care of you and manage the return process.

Please note we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund.

Please note we cannot accept liability for an item until it has been received by us, so please keep a record of your tracking number for proof of delivery. Your balance including your shipping costs will be refunded within 7 days after we have received the returned item.  Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.
